Jeff is the most versatile and helpful Harbormaster we have encountered in thirty years of cruising from Florida to Maine. On our recent visit, [1] Jeff greeted us with a welcome bag with discounts and a handmade facemask, [2] he personally performs free pump-outs for boats in the harbor and [3] we witnessed a classic 71 ft Trumpy entangle its prop on a lobster pot and Jeff use the pump-out boat to skillfully prevent this disabled yacht from damaging boats in the crowded mooring field.
