David Crocker is the Harbormaster for Waterford, CT. He is also Vice President of Crocker’s Marina and Boat Yard, the largest boat yard in the Thames River. Dave’s responsibilities include the safety and control of the Niantic River, Niantic Bay, areas of the Long Island Sound and areas along the western shore of the Thames River, the gateway for the US Navy’s Submarine Base at Groton, CT. His experience and reputation make him a most valuable member of our Harbor Management Commission.
