Jamestown, RI Harbormaster Mark Campbell is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Captain with extensive seagoing experience. Captain Campbell served in six cutters, and commanded three of them; an 82 foot patrol boat, a 270 foot Medium Endurance Cutter, and a 378 foot High Endurance Cutter. He has been the Harbormaster in Jamestown for 5 years where he oversees the management of over 1000 moorings and 18 miles of waterfront operations.
